This lovely kit came from Shelridge Farms and was designed by Maureen Jamieson. It's the kind of project that not only results in a very cool sweater, but also gives the knitter a chance to try a wide variety of techniques: two color knitting, shadow knitting, the Japanese three-needle bind off and two different cast ons.

Some of the finishing elements are more challenging, but the body of the sweater and shadow knitting are not. Except for the color changes, this is a sweater that you could knit in font of the TV

The Shelrdige Farm yarn is a nice partner to this project. It feels a little like Shetland wool, but has a lot more natural spring.
