It's hard not to like a wonderful soft merino sock in fabulous colors like these. In order to maximize durability, I knit these socks on US size 1 needles, which produced a fairly dense, thick fabric that should last a long time. This pattern is derived from Lucy Neatby's Simply Splendid sock pattern in Cool Socks, Warm Feet.
