This project taught me that knitting miles and miles of garter stitch can be painful -- especially on small needles. However, the finished result was soft and wonderful and blocking took care of most of my knitting sins.

The Baby Cashmerino can be machine washed (although drying is not recommended. I enjoyed knitting with it, but did find that it split a little more than I would have liked.
