Nothing complicated here. For this scarf, the yarn does all the work. The pattern for the scarf comes on the back of the ball band. Although it's hard to see the simple eyelet pattern from far away, up close, it gives the scarf a more sophisticated quality than you would get from a simple garter stitch scarf.

For a fuzzy novelty yarn, Ibis is nice to work with. It has a good hand. Almost everyone who saw this project wanted to touch it -- the yarn is very inviting.

The project takes 2 skeins and you get somewhere between 5 and 6 feet of soft, wear against your skin scarf.
