This pattern is easy to understand and is a breeze to make up. Probably the only challenge was finding the large double pointed needles! The way it is put together, the hat needs almost no shaping after you felt it. You can't tell from the picture on the pattern, but there is also a little knob on top of the hat. This hat felts in no time! I think it was about the right size after ~20 minutes of agitation in the machine.

The mohair in the Lamb's Pride Bulky gives it a somewhat fuzzy look, but I think that makes it look more cozy and warm.
