This is one of those projects that is much easier than it looks. Designed by Joe Wilcox it alternates two contrasting colors of Koigu in rows of the Indian Cross Stitch. I'd recommend a crochet cast on for the project so that the beginning and ending edges match each other.

This is a lovely and elegant projec that knits up quickly, is affordable, and makes a stunning gift.
