This pattern includes all the information you need to knit either the "Up-Scaled" Dragon Socks, which are sized for an average woman's foot. or the "Down-Scaled" Dragon Socks, which are sized for an average man's foot or large woman's foot. Both socks have a dragon scale pattern that is worked around the leg and down the back of the heel and over the instep. The socks have a short-row heel and a standard 4 point decrease toe. For both socks, the design element has been carried to the heels and toes for a special and unique sock!

All necessary charts are included in the pattern, including the main design, the design over the heel and two alternate charts for the toe, depending on the length of foot needed. This pattern should be considered an "intermediate" level pattern. It includes increasing, decreasing, short rows and the twisted German cast on.
