Kukui Trail Beginning

This picture marks the beginning of a series of photos taken as we walked down the first portion of the Kukui Trail, a trail that works its way down from the top of the Waimea Canyon to the bottom. It's a fairly steep trail, descending over 2000 feet in about 2 miles and it provides interesting views of the canyon and its colors, including rocks and foliage.
