Holy Moly it's a whole whack of novelty yarn! All of this yarn is good quality stuff, and great fun to play with -- and all different styles: eyelash, ladder, eyelash flag, nylon ribbon, cotton tape, biscuit insert. The total collection includes 19 balls, and in every case, each ball or collection of a balls would be more than sufficient to create a scarf with -- I've made a number of scarves from the ladder yarns and they never fail to be popular with the recipients. These yarns also make great accent yarns for felting projects, childrens sweaters or adult sweaters looking for some glitz. There's a whole lot of fun texture awaiting you here!

Some of the balls have been swatched with, but with the exception of the Crystal Palace Fizz (which I used about 10-15 yards of for a small project) all balls are full yardage.

Asking price -- $95 takes the whole lot -- that's only $5/ball and most of these yarns are worth double that or more if you were to buy them in your local yarn store. If you like to sell handknit scarves at art fairs or craft shows, this is a great starting place!

If you are interested in just some of the yarn in this bundle, let me know. I will split it up. However, you must take all balls of the same type of yarn.

Asking price -- $5/ball

Phildar Clapotis, Sunset and Phil Eponge for Chanel Inspired Jacket

PhildarChanelJacketYarn.jpg

This yarn goes together to create the jacket on the cover of the Phildar magazine shown in the picture. Included in this package:

8 Full, Unused Balls of Phildar Clapotis in Lotus
3 Partial/Knit Balls of Phildar Clapotis in Lotus (see below for explanation)
4 Full, Unused Balls of Phildar Sunset in Irise
5 Full, Unused Balls of Phildar Phil Eponge in Blanc

This is a sufficient amount of yarn to complete either the small (33" around) or medium (35" around) size. These are not the colors shown in the pattern on the cover (except for the Phil Eponge), though I believe Lotus and Irise are very close to the colors shown.

All the yarn that I have, including yarn that was swatched or otherwise knit with with will be included. Please note that approximately two and a half skeins skeins of the Clapotis were knit into the back of another garment and swatches. I have not unraveled these. Also included will the Phildar Printemps 2005 magazine (that includes English translation of the instructions). This magazine also includes several other patterns that could work with the Clapotis yarn -- including a simple raglan sleeved pullover that can be made in the largest size (46" around) with the yarn included.

For more pictures of this yarn and the swatches, click here

All this yarn goes together as a package. The jacket would make a great jacket for the girl/woman in your life that loves pink and likes a little glitz in her wardrobe. All the yarn is clean and comes from a smoke-free household. It has been stored away from my cats, so should not present a problem for those with cat allergies.

Asking price: $75

(includes shipping if you live in the US -- if you live outside the US I will ship to you, but you must pay actual shipping charges from the US to wherever you live).

I have a PayPal account and can take PayPal transactions or payments by credit card or eCheck through PayPal. If you would prefer to use a money order or a personal check, I can do that, too, but payment must be received and the check cleared before I ship the yarn.
